Terms and Conditions
Chiro First Limited guarantees the Adjustor-Pro adjusting instrument against
defects in material and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from the date on
the Purchase Invoice. This includes any instrument that malfunctions or breaks under
normal use, but does not include instruments that have been misused, dry-fired,
dropped, submerged in water, or disassembled.
Within 30 days of purchase, in the unlikely event your instrument malfunctions, it
will be replaced free of charge with a new instrument. If it malfunctions after 30 days
from the date of purchase but within 12 months from date of purchase, it will be repaired
All warranties on replacement or repaired instruments revert back to the original
purchase date, and no new extended warranties are given with these instruments.
Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
The Limited Warranty described herein shall be in lieu of any other Warranty,
express or implied, including but not limited to any Implied Warranty or Merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose. Chiro First Limited makes no other Warranties,
express or implied.
Tax and Customs Duty Policy:
On any International orders any costs associated with customs duty/import taxes or Value Added Tax is the responsibility of the purchaser. It is the purchaser's responsibility to confirm with the relevant agencies involved the requirements and costs associated with the delivery of your order through TNT/UPS/DHL or the Postal Services in your country.
All costs incurred as a result of the return of the product/s ordered will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Any additional costs incurred by Chirofirst Limited or Apexquick Limited will be billed to the purchaser's credit card account or deducted from the credit passed.
It is recommended that the Adjustor-Pro adjusting instrument be used in adjusting procedures ONLY after receiving proper instruction from a college or University which teaches the Instrument Technique or after attending a Seminar involving the teaching of the Technique. In the event of any misuse of the instrument and injury being sustained by a patient Chirofirst Limited as well as Apexquick Limited will not be liable for any action taken.
Any goods purchased from this website are deemed to have been sold in England and Wales and are subject to the Laws of England and Wales.
The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with all issues arising from such sales.
It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that there has been no contravention of the Local Legislation or Laws where the instrument is to be used.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Chirofirst Limited and Apexquick Limited are confident that you would be satisfied with all products received. In the event of you being dissatisfied with the product for any reason it may be returned with the postage and insurance prepaid within 30 days of invoice date, a copy of which must be included with the return.
A charge of US$25.00 will be levied on all returns to cover repackaging charges.

Return instrument to Chiro First Limited along with completed Return / Repair Slip,
and a Copy of the Original Invoice. The instrument will be returned within 2 days of
receipt by Special Delivery (In the U.K. only) or by Royal Mail ‘Airsure’ (in the rest of
